How AI and Medium Helped Me Grow My Affiliate Earnings
It is unfortunate that Medium discriminates against some countries in their partner program.
While the reasons for this discrimination are not entirely clear, it’s your own responsibility to break barriers and carve out a personal niche despite the limitations.
Breaking barriers requires persistence, creativity, and a willingness to take risks.
It often means stepping outside of our comfort zones and challenging ourselves to think differently.
I have managed (at least to a great extent) to do just that!
I am from Africa-Kenya and obviously, we are out of the medium partner program scope.
I started my medium journey on Jan 2022 with a couple of-not soo good articles lol!
But I started with an affiliate mindset, I figured if they weren’t going to pay me for reads, I would sell a product to my audience.
I learned about Jasper AI around the time it was launched sometime in the beginning of 2021.
I used it to write a couple of articles on my blog but with little-but promising success.
I then decided to use Jasper AI to write articles on Medium and publish them.
I wrote some reviews of products related to my niche, researched how other affiliate marketers were doing it, and then used Jasper AI to write content.
I then joined their affiliate program and wrote about Jasper primarily on medium while still using Jasper on my blog.

In the wake of this revolution, I have been able to grow my affiliate earnings using AI-driven writing solutions, as well as leveraging the power of Medium.
I’m now a proud medium writer, my total views and reads have increased exponentially and I’m making more money through affiliate marketing than ever before.
The journey has not been without its challenges, I lost much of my earnings on Mediavine due to a decline in my blog’s traffic but on the other hand Jasper affiliate commissions have increased by a significant margin.
I believe AI will continue to revolutionize the way people write and create content, and I am excited to see where it takes us in the future.
As for now, I am thankful to have harnessed its power and successfully used it to my advantage.
My story is proof that even without the Medium Partner Program, you can still make money writing on Medium.
All it takes is a little creativity and risk-taking.
